Gibran Flynn

An assertive professional with almost 20 years of experience, Gibran Flynn uses his troubleshooting reputation and expertise to provide solutions to companies looking to improve and expand. As a partner of ELEVA Solutions, Inc., he develops, directs and implements plans and researches projects that bring increased growth and financial profitability to ELEVA Solutions’ clients.

Prior to becoming a partner at ELEVA, Flynn managed the daily operations of 16 Sprint retail stores in South Florida. His skill at managing cross-functional teams and implementing work-flow processes helped increase sales by 10 percent each year for 7 years, placing South Florida among the top 5 districts in the nation. He also worked as a National Investigator for Let’s Talk Cellular and Wireless, overseeing internal investigations for over 200 retail stores Nationwide.

Flynn’s extensive experience with internal investigations and asset recovery started at Mervyn’s Department Stores in 1992. He was in charge of preventing, deterring, investigating and apprehending shoplifters and employees. As Senior Risk Manager of Marshalls Department Stores, he recruited, trained and managed 14 detectives and reduced inventory shortage in eight retail stores grossing $68 million dollars. He also served as Regional Operations Investigator at Sunglass Hut International where he recovered over $750,000 in eleven months and reduced shrink in assigned region from 3.8% to 1.9 %.

A dedicated mentor with the ability to lead, coach, and develop employees, Flynn encourages effective communication, involvement and inclusiveness, to promote a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas University in 1993 and has an Advanced Certification in Interviews and Interrogations from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in Chicago.
